Founded in 1900, the College Board is composed of more than 5,700 schools, colleges, universities, and other educational organizations. State Treasurer of Alabama – As the Chair of the CollegeCounts 529 Fund Board, the State Treasurer of Alabama is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the plan.
Alabama Department of Revenue – The official website of the Alabama Department of Revenue provides access to a variety of local and state tax information.
Union Bank & Trust Company – This financial institution serves as the Program Manager for the CollegeCounts 529 Fund.
The CollegeCounts 529 Fund is a qualified tuition program under Section 529 of the Internal Revenue Code that is sponsored by the State of Alabama and administered by the Board of Trustees of the ACES Trust Fund (the “Trust” and plan issuer).
